I'm to blame for the typo Joy! Mary (Mary Louise)
U must have guessed it was my excitement in seeing you around...and my fingers misclicked

Hi Durbs - are you named after the anti-war senator?
Anyway, enough about senators, what about sonneteers? This is an interesting one, again on the topic of flowers, but also it seems to me to be about life and beauty still surviving despite setbacks. Good work! And good pix too.

Good news.Regular winner FoliageGold suggested FREEHOLDER as next puzzle
Thanks Mary--other suggestions are still welcome and will be used in the order they are recived, unless they will yield to few words of 4+ letters (35 minimum for each puzzle).
