Mysteria...
He has a plan, and a budget, it will take a while to be able to afford the insurance he needs and also a while to be able to afford the bike he wants. The bike will become a test platform for his R&D work on new products, so naturally, they have to be tested under actual race condions, much like his brother's RC stuff.
