It does sound like a nightmare for law abiding men, anecdotal evidence suggests that people are being treated as guilty till proven innocent! Apparently Pakistan and Saudi Arabia has been added to the list, making the total number of countries whose men are required to register, 20. San Jose Mercury News had a two paragraph news item (which could easily be overlooked) adding Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to the list.
