I would like to know the context in which this official blamed the President. No matter how extreme one is in ones views, blaming the President here is not a rational conclusion. I do not even think it deserved your attention.

I Knew They Would?
Regarding the Minnesota bridge collapse, I hope that heads will roll. Why are some people in state government so damn complacent? If something needs to be repaired,
repair it immediately!
