Not to sound "cute", because you deserve a true answer.  Since my NDE in the hospital,  which you know from my posts, I can say that I "celebrate" life, with all its aches, pains; one attempts to catch a glimpse of the rainbow that is hiding among the dark clouds of seemingly endless uncertainties.  I feel strongly that, to not celebrate life, is to revere death by default.   Sunglasses will become more and more necessary. Hope I covered everything.  joab

Re: you mean joab - there's gonna be no barby ?

I don't drink alcohol or wear sunglasses; and I think I used the word "nap" not snooze, because to most people -- obviously you aren't one of them -- when a person's eyes are shut, they are thought to be napping --  not thinking.  It's amazing how much people overlook the subtle.  Don't you agree?

Now, why should I take the trouble of baiting a hook, drowning a worm, and hope to catch a fish, then have to go to more trouble removing the hook, stringing the catch, re-baiting the hook, tossing the line back in, in hopes of repeating the same process?  One of the definitions of insanity, as I'm sure you well know, is "repeating the same thing over and over, always anticipating a different result."  Well, since I  have already certified myself, I quit experimenting or fishing . . . for anything.  I have caught my limit.  joab

So gad is my heart, Jaahda to read this. Most beautifully expressed.
"only catch those who are willing to be eaten - and NEVER take too much. When it works I'll expect an invitation to the Barby !!! And don't forget to express your gratitude". Bless you.

New Comment on Catching fish without bait.
Great ideas.  But, like I said, "I'm not trying to "catch" anything.  Releasing is my method of "acquiring".

ciel - I have a husband who can catch a kangaroo the 'old way'
He sings it - it freezes - then he hunts it. There is a lot of 'law' about what can be caught and when and how.

I once did some energy reading on different creatures that we eat

to get a sense of how they relate to being eaten. Here is what I saw:

Chickens are indignant about the whole thing.

Pigs are smart, and just pissed off about it.

Cows are confused about, but acquiescent.

Fish accept that it is their proper role, that it is, in a sense, fulfillment.

The reason I looked was over a question about the psychic effect of eating meat.  These energies are in the meat, unless we cleanse the energy.  That comes down to saying 'thank you' and sometimes, 'I'm sorry.'  And that can be as simple as filling the food with gold energy, and being mindful of where it came from and how it got to the table.

Comment on Catching fish without bait.
Good advice for a serious fisherman.  Me? I just need a good spot to nap and "appear" serious.  And, after all -- aren't appearances everything?
