I'm happy to learn I have a place among your favorites. My cuts have not been quite so drastic, and involve mostly long inactive, or departed bloggers. I'll gradually cut others when, sadly, they go inactive for a very long time. Hopefully that will not be the case for either of us.

I had nine pages of favourites that needed to be sorted out.
I now have 3 pages and all those bloggers' are active....you are - of course on it....

Hi, .Dave.
Perhaps you're right. Your comment has caused me to rethink a little. I don't suppose it will hurt to leave the inactive blogs in place just for the reason that I'll know right away when one of them reappears. It'll save me hours of unnecessary work trimming and readding if I let them ride for a while. Thanks for the tip.

Bruce, I find it amazing sometimes when a long lost favourite blogger suddenly reappears on the favourites list. That's why I don't delete them if the blog is still there. I'm sure, for instance, that Joe Love will suddenly be there waiting for me one day when I click on it.
