Although there is reason for concern, WavyDavy, in the wasteful spending
and personal credit debt of the American public, not to mention our trade deficit.  Still, there are stabilizing factors.  Hopefully, we'll only have to weather some economic storms here and there.

Please take a look at my response - in my blog - to WavyDavy. I do NOT think he is an idiot. Rather I think his views are contradicted by the facts. Remember, however, that we are all ENTITLED to our opinion and NONE of us has a monopoly on what is right. We have a right, nay an obligation, to express our views; and one should not be excoriated for doing so.

THE COUNTRY IS GOING BROKE!!
I have no money. I have no way of protecting what I have. They are going to send my job to India. What do I do? Please someone help me. The stock market is too high. It needs to be around 1000!! The housing slump needs to get so bad that no one can afford homes. Unemployment is too low. It needs to be around 25%. What are you thinking man? You are one of the biggest idiots on the planet. If you need help call old Rooster here. He can help you out.

You answered that question, with your last post - we're moving all our manufacturing jobs out of America - we're building up to another 1929 - and most people are oblivous - "The Stockmarket's doing great, we're invincible!" The irony is, this time it will occur, because of not having enough "Protectionism" (tariffs), instead of having too many...
