Thank you all. There is no life that is well-lived unless it is lived for others. Instead of funneling materials and attention to oneself, one reverses this flow....and kills the dark side nature! Blessings etc also help the soul become alive.

you are right ...
helping ..oh ..this is my main problem ..i'm always ready to help ..and the people always seek me .do not know why ...there will be many around me but they leave all and come to me ..it is a spiritual feeling ....and such pleasure i have when i do so ..it seems soulbuilder that not all the people have the ability to help ..why they have to trouble themselves ?????? this is what does go in their minds ... I see these people daily and i wonder for that ..it seems still i'm a child in my feelings innocent one ....and let me just give you an example when i was writing about the palestinians children who were killed by israel ..may be i reach a time to scream you know why because i expect from the people to feel to have the spirit of being human ...but many they couldn't say even a word ..and this prove what i say ..it is nota matter of opinions ..no there are things which no one can accept ..for me i always trouble my self ..GOD GAVE me an energy to tolerate to give so much .. and i assure you that i will stand always with any needy one ..i will never accept to be like a statue while some one screams from the pain ..i will never be that .....i always say some people they enjoy giving more than taking ...and who experience that will feel how much asoul building he will have ...and how much he will be strengthened internally
to me the little thing ..the little giving ,one smile can change some one life ..
