You are a very lucky man indeed and so is your wife although I'm sure you both know that - here's to the next 36 years

This story reminds me that people are sometimes jewels too

This story reminds me that people are sometimes jewels too when at first we think that they aren't even anyone that we really want to know very well at all.  My wife and I met on a blind date and had no intention of getting to know each other very well at all.  So far as either of us were concerned the date was a one time thing that would never be repeated.  Now we have been married about 36 and one-half years.  She was a real jewel that I found on that blind date.  We just never know what we will find amonst all those weeds and thorns.  What a beautiful story you have here!

Hi mariaki……I also have a rock garden…
…..and it is also interesting how things we may initially categorize as a weed turns out very beautiful…..it can be that way with people sometimes as well…….It is wonderful to be able to find serenity and peace in your garden.

Great, Mariaki. It's increasingly obvious from experience that if we think
positively, positive things happen, and if we think negatively, negative stuff happens. Bravo!

mariaki - Beautiful and inspiring story. I've always marvelled at how
nature is so resilient.  You have a lovely weekend, too!
