Help yourself...
Try to remember that the best way to help others is to help yourself. I know its not an easy thing for a people pleaser to do....I don't have the answer as to how to do it cause I have the same problem myself. :)

Here's a clue: you're not strong enough to withstand your
inability or unwillingness to take care of yourself. I believe the idea is to love others AS yourself, which implies that you must first love yourself. If you let yourself circle the drain because of pain and frustration, you'll be unable to help anyone.
