I cannot stay in the bed if I am unable to sleep. I have to do something like get up and make a pot of coffee or blog or something.

I do hope you manage to get some rest.....take care...I would be the same - if I can't sleep nobody will....I don't think that is selfish - I think going asleep when I can't is.....

Sounds like my night... and I hate that wave of envy when I look over and see my husband sleeping peacefully; oblivious to the fact that my mind is like a slide show of images and thoughts and that the stillness of the house is driving me nuts.

Cats like to eat faces..they are not sure how to respond too. Humming won't help lull you to sleep...but it'll keep you amused by watching people squirm in their sleep as you hum. Stay with the 'FI 'pills for now,

Offy, I go into a dazed zombie thing.
Eventually I'll just pass out. I'm having an MRI today so it's ok. I won't hear the machine and I'll fall asleep while in the "casket". It all works out in the end.

No I wasn't able to get back to sleep, I dozed off for about 20 minutes but the garbage trucks woke me back up...So you didn't get any sleep either...we both will be exhausted by noon. Heck I already am! LOL
