No, fire them, suspend them, give them administrative leaves without pay or
whatever, but a decade in prison for tampering with a crime scene and failing to report the incident is excessive. The ridiculousness of the prosecution's immunity deal with the drug dealer is reprehensible, flatout disgusting.
