I’ve never quite understood how the Catholics seem to live within their hierarchy that (they feel) is excluded from the real world. The live behind their walls of sacred and pure or rather hide behind those invisible walls. Why is it they get to play in their own little world, with their own set of laws and realities when the rest of us have to play in the real game.

Agreed- it just goes to show the inadequacy of the church and its
self-serving, rather than god-serving nature.
