Re: h2oNLY ~ I cope via letting my mind drift within a sea of tropical fish
my sister keeps tanks of tropical fish in every room of her house because they calm her. When our little girl had anxiety issues we placed a small tank on her nightstand and it soothed her every time!

Books and music are essential. They're indispensable to a life well lived. We also have a magic room - a place devoted to quiet and meditation. It's covered in various artefacts from our travels, carvings of deities etc as well as crystals and other natural phenomena. I feel peaceful just walking in there.
