Re: rainy day--
Julia...

I too believe in the power of thinking... I blogged about it, my early morning thoughts. Those things didn't follow me throughout the day. Some of the big/real worries would shadow my mind from time to time, but I dismissed them. Worrying solves nothing.

Re: Rainy
it's not quite that... It's that we can't be refinanced and can't afford our new interest rate. It's a pickle, but things are being talked about! thanks for your encouragement!

Without suffering

we wouldnt know what happiness looked like.  We all ride the rocky roads and I find for me personally looking on the bright side always helps...sure there are days I want to throw things and scream and yell and curse the heavens as to why, but in the end when you put your faith in greater things, life always seems to balance out in the end.  Maybe you are just being given a sign its time for a great change, and since you werent really listening you are getting a great big shove in the right direction...it will all fall into place when you have faith and the time is right.  I have always believed that.  You deserve great things and you have already started to get them with your beautiful child...lets see what greatness awaits you.

Blessed Be

rainy day--
my thoughts are with you, and I pray things work out for your greatest good. Because I believe in the ancient Law of Attraction, if I were you I would quit focusing on blame (the bird, the 13th etc.) because that only gives those things more power. what you think, you create. so focus only on what you DO want, not what your present reality is or what has already occured.

Rainy
Don't be frightened by a floating interest rate.  Yes... there is always the risk of rates going up but for now (and probably for the next couple of years) they will remain at the tolerable level their at.  I don't have a crystal ball but that's my educated projection.  Sorry to hear you're in such a state of uncertainty.  But from uncertainty comes decision - typically good ones.

My thoughts are with you.

What could be the worse that could happen? Often it is our fears that are the worse. You are not alone. Think back to the resources -within yourself- that helped you in the past. They are always there, from when you need the most.

Goodwill wishes for the best possible outcome..

I think this was for you.

"Many of us have things backwards. We believe that we have to wait to create the circumstances we want in life and rack up a lot of successes so we can finally relax. Actually, it works the other way around. We should leave where we are and move to where we ultimately dream of living, whether it’s Boulder, Santa Monica, Chicago, or Tibet. Then once we’re there, we’ll figure out ways to fashion a livelihood that will enable us to survive and to prosper from there. Paradise shouldn’t wait, and happiness shouldn’t either."
