But WavyDavy, the airline had no idea the moron had TB. They were
simply conveying a passenger. However, that moron knew he had TB on each and every flight that he took (I believe there were three all told).

Sue him! It's more than just being inconsiderate; he shouldn't have been allowed on the plane. Sue the airline as well! He knew that he is a walking and breathing public health threat. I feel sorry and mourn for the 72 year old man who may have contracted TB. Gross negligence and irresponsibility by the airline and the individual that we are talking about.
