Although I don’t do it anymore, I remember the great sense of satisfaction after an afternoon of canning; standing back and admiring the shiny, coloured jars. I wonder what yesterday’s lesson was….. ummm

I work better alone, also...I had a neighbor once that used to come over
all the time, she had Nothing to do, so I guess she thought I didn't either, and she never knew when to leave..............ugh....I used to hate that !
