Re: Wow! I've worked in factories most of my life

I saw Philip once a few years after leaving there, and he was actually a pretty good guy when not at work.  He just didn't know how to get along with us at work, or so it seems.

Thanks for commenting Hazel.

Re: That must have been really frustrating!

That is was my friend,  I never worked in factories very much.  That only made it worse for me I think.  The jobs that I did most everyone got along just fine, and I thought that is way that it should be on every job.

Re: Damon, sometimes....

Thanks Irish for commenting.  You are right about that, but communicating is not something that some people do very well.

Wow! I've worked in factories most of my life
and that kind of stuff happens in all of them. Days against third, third against second, second against third............it's a viscious cycle.  You did the right thing, I think it sucks that he got promoted.

Damon, sometimes....
although communication is the simpliest thing in the world, the stubbornness and pride of an individual can make life impossible.....all it would have taken is an ounce of respect and a moment to communicate selflessly. It's so crazy, but the simplest things seem to be the hardest to grasp.  Great post thanks.
