I don't have to worry about it, because I don't use cell phones. I hate them and know for a fact that other people can pick up conversations on them. I have picked up parts of a conversation from someone else when a friend calls me on her cell.

I am somewhat ambivalent about this. Yes, the 'customer is always right' is a sound principle, but if the customer is a nut bar, it doesn't necessarily apply...

That's a bunch of crock..Customer service should be aviaible for anyone who needs it..I am glad I don't use either one of these companies..
