Your post has so much in it, Im not sure where to comment. First thank you for mentioning my post. Its interesting to me that it had you thinking about peace after you read my thoughts. I can relate to what you are saying about Peace verses Happiness. I agree I dont think they are the same thing. I know perfectly happy people who fight with everyone and everything. We sometimes enjoy "war" it seems.
Oh and I dont like to be hot and hungry at the same time either.LOL

Olympia: what a beautiful city.
I have about 40 cousins, nephews and nieces living around there - and a brother in Shelton, which is a slice of America I really love. I hope you get back to normal temperatures soon, before the local ferns wilt... Gotta go. Thinking about your neck of the woods makes me homesick. Love the hot + hungry = cranky bit. Have you worked it into a story yet?
