The numbness sounds like you enjured a nerve.  Usually those will rejuvenate themselves but please take care.

Maybe you need new glasses. Sounds like your depth perception is off.

Hey girl...you better start grounding yourself. I go through cycles like

that too and I find that is what I need to do. Have you been meditating too much? LOL  I carry a piece of petrified wood with me..it is a great grounding stone..since I'm such an air head! LOL

Julia............
Just who is it you're falling for?  Is he worth it?  hahahaha   You better be careful, girl, and you probably should have that numb leg checked out to make sure it's ok.  Take care of your sweet self!

I feel for ya, for I am a huge klutz myself,
After I'd do something stupid like walk into a pole or something (always an audience, too)..I'd say " Just call me Grace..short for graceful"..........remember Chevy Chace on SNL, always falling.......hahahahahaha....

Julia

I sprained my ankle pretty badly once, and ran on it anyway. The increased blood flow made it look much worse than it was.

I've fallen down in the gym before. I knocked over a stack of weights, too, and badly bruised my leg. I think everyone's done it who's active.

Do try to be careful! Makes my leg hurt just reading about it!
Roses and smiles from me and Bo =^..^= the wonder dog too!

Oh you poor dear - you're turning into ME! I just hope you don't start poking your eyes with telephones and pointy leaves like me.

The sense of balance is located in the inner ears. A medical doctor might provide help in this.
