are you sure you don't live in Michigan, because I could swear you just described my dr. When I had an accident last month and suddenly had no use of my left arm, he was less helpful than the accident itself. he squints around in his tactless manor, feeling like God and ignoring everything I said to him. I was seeing him twice a week, for a month and I got the same "brand new" questions, every time.
If you don't live here, and there really are two of them, perhaps they are brothers???
