I don't know if the Supreme Court previously decided that the line item veto was unconstitutional. If that is true, I wonder why. We should research that.

Didn't the "Supremes" decide the line item veto was "unconstitutional?" I sure support it, anyway. By the way, my dad passed away back in 1984, so I can relate to you.
