My ethical indignation at the treatment of this child is appropriate, just
as is my sadness and outrage at those seven Afghani children killed today.  Each and every atrocious act done upon our children, from emotional to psychological to physical to killing, is a test of our collective humanity.  To say and do nothing is failure.

Saul_Relative,
I must question the sincerity of your moral indignation! Did they strap a 500 pound bomb to the kid? Was there blood in the street from the latest attack against innocent people? It is so easy to pass judgement when it does not leave you in harms way!

It gets crazier and sicker every day.  The depths of human madness know no bounds.
