The Bar Association is looking into this judge's activities to see if there
is any indication of misconduct, psychosis, etc.  No matter, this case should've been thrown out or that stupid ass should've been made to pay the dry cleaner's court costs and attorney fees.

Great post! My question is ...
When frivilous lawsuits are filed, a judge is likely to dismiss them.  When a judge files his own frivolous lawsuit shouldn't the judge be dismissed?

Hey, Wavy. My parents burned my favorite pair of pants while I went away
to college one year.  I just bought another pair of jeans and strategically ripped a few holes in them and carried on.  I considered suing to be divorced from my parents, but figured that I might need somewhere to sleep when the semester ended.

Thank you, Straightforward. I just thought that there needs to be some
balance in the judicial process.  With every decision it seems tilting the scales either far left or far right, there seems to be little common sense and some left-field interpretations of our Constitution in the adjudication of our court cases these days.  Justice is sometimes being served, but more often isn't.  I, personally, like to see justice served...

By the way, this is an interesting blog and appropriately named.

It scares me to think the justice system is in the hands of people like
this moron.

Really? I can't believe. I am reminded of Alexander Pope's 'Rape of the Lock' wherein he says how judges hurried to sign hanging orders so that the lunch is not delayed.
