I hope I don't sound too whiney, lol, but of late, my life has been, in the words of my therapist "a nightmare." 
Finding my way through though and writing, venting does help. As does the light of kindly friends and Love, holding true and strong. So yes, light toward life and new energy..

As I read this I am reminded of my own struggles. This is something I struggle with.. have just been learning to let the storm just be a part of me.. not to try to fight it anymore than I can run outside and stop the storms outside my windows. Thank you for sharing how you handle it when things get stormy inside yourself.

Downed by the destructive and unexpected choices of my children added to illness, confusion, etc., I finally realized the old wisdom of only having control over our own reactions and choices is so very true.

I've been 'listening' of late and didn't want to interfere. Life is very puzzling at times. Sometimes we're just seemingly whacked over the head and therefore need to retreat a little bit. It's human. I just want you to know that I pray for you every day. And your son. I have not forgotten.
