This painting made me think of the "fabric of life". I guess because i sew
and when i saw it i thought how beautiful and flowing and about how i would love to drape myself in it. It looks to me to be light, airy, and optimistic, a happy garb.

Intersting observations about the possibilty of converting painitngs into fabric design. inever thought of that because A. i am not trained in textiles and B. because i don't know who does. Here is Syria we have fantastic artisans but the textiles are either hand made (weaving) or they are the product of huge factories that are not interseted in this kind of work. I think that your vision in spot on, but alas I cannot think of a way to apply it. Tahnk you for you encouragement, I am on cloud 9 thanks to the kind comments i have received.

This too would be beautiful fabric in a soft weave silk. It would be great as soft simple dresses with surplice bodice. Beautiful.
