It would be a shame to think that the future of a relationship could be decided upon with the flip of a coin but metaphorically it make for a great poem.

This is a good poem but too sad. It takes two halves to make a whole and one half wanted neither heads nor tails. That would have been only a half whole look for a whole half as you are, then two become one.
