Pat B--
well, of course I took little mini breaks once in awhile--girls gotta "go" sometime after all. LOL. It really was cool to be on the coaster that early in the a.m.

Like Rcky said....  you weren't kidding when you told us you had a passion for rollercoasters!!!

Man Julia...you really are crazy for these roller coasters! What was the
last one you rode? I remember the one at Magic Mountain in Ca., that was the last one for me and I only rode it because of peer pressure! LOL

Sounds like you had a blast. I think 7 hours of it might have been
a bit too much of a good thing for me.  Although 4 a.m. sounds ok.

As you probably know, I'm from KC.  I spent my childhood summers at Fairyland Park.   It was a big deal in my day between the rides and the extremely large swimming pool.   The Wildcat was one of my favorite rides.

Wow, incredible, Julia! Lol..picturing myself dropping after the second
go 'round...maybe the third one, haha. Such stamina for climbing, flying downwards, wilding into the bends and open winds you have!

whacky--
no, wooden coasters don't make me dizzy. Now, the steel ones that go upside down a lot, I can usually only ride a couple of times a day, lol.

Mary--
Oh no, I didn't go to Vienna--I just used the internet to do research for an article, and saw a picture of that ferris wheel type thingy. Vienna does sound lovely though.

Julia - You went to Vienna?
Isn't it beautiful?  My ex-husband and I spent a couple of weeks traveling around Austria and dipped into Northern Italy for lunch.  It was a great trip.

FoliageGold--
I wrote an article on Vienna recently for AC, and I thought that contraption was very cool. Not sure I will ever get to Vienna to ride it, but I would if I did!!

Hi Manda, thanks for stopping by.

Julia...
What does ACE stand for?  I think it's great that you got to do your favorite thing for so long...that would be akin to me playing in the world series of poker or something I think, or perhaps being able to fish anywhere I wanted in the world for a month.  Something like that.

Julia - Are you Crazy!

Oh my goodness you must've been dehyrated from all that excitement.  Was alcohol involved?    Just kidding.  I think you should open up a museum of roller coasters.  Did you ever ride the Prater in Vienna?  It's not a roller coaster, but it's about as adventuresome as I get.
