It was pretty intense :) Somehow I prefer a good old NC ice-storm - no traffic, or didn't used to be.

I can't write anything positive about your drive into the city, mneme...
I hate traffic, especially in inclement weather...BAH! You wrote this so well, though, that I could feel my stomach knotting up! I hope your drive home will be "smooth sailing"!
