Just

It’s kind of like a “Pay it Forward” thing (if you’ve seen the movie). What a wonderful project this teacher initiated and what a wonderful outcome for the young son who felt that nobody cared. We should all be walking around with a few ribbons in our pocket. I could make such a huge difference in someone’s day or life just to be acknowledged.

This post sure does make one evaluate actions and words in recent weeks and think about expressing appreciation and words of commendation a lot more often.

That is a number associated often with repentance or forgiveness. Jesus used it in answering a question of how many times one should forgive a person first he said 7 then he made it clear 70 times 7 or as many as is necessary. I believe we should let people know they are important to us as often as we have an opportunity. Be blessed. I do appreciate your reading and commenting on my blogs.

That is an amazingly wonderful story - it reminds me of one of the Buddhist teachings - if somone does a good deed for you, then you are obligated to perform 7? (I'm not positive about the number) good deeds for seven other people - so all these good deeds will have a ripple effect, like when you toss a stone into still water.
