is more or less a continuation of my books, "Tropic of Detroit."  I guess it will be Volume four, if I finish.

Did you just start this blog?  Have I missed something?  This character with his besets reminds me of if all else fails in life, you can still write.

I enjoy it, especially how he gets a bit (amusingly) conceited at the end.

But really, if I were to write in an omnipotent narrative voice, I'd make my character super conceited and extremely successful, just so I could kill him off at the end.
