Well Julia, I'll explain... :)
In the Tigger movies, Tigger talks about bouncing on his springy tail being what Tiggers do best. And, how to spell Tigger, you make each letter sound - Tuh Uh double Guh... and then ERRRRR. How do you spell Tigger? Tuh Uh double Guh ERRRR!
Don't worry, I didn't have a clue either, until the guy explained it to me. It definitely was a novel chat up line - it caught my interest long enough to start liking him!
