This is true, Mary..

If we don't spur Congress on to fight hard and fight now to roll back at least some of the power grabs still continuing, the strength of the executive branch may overwhelm before we realize it.

Thank you, Troosha..yes, a personal agenda of self serving redirection

of wealth and intangible treasure - freedom and people; our toil heading on the path of a new form of slavery and endless poverty, war sacrifice; coupled with a political idealogy that is frightening in it's cold and calcuted disregard for decency, our Constitution and human rights. These determinations trump any Christian beliefs he and his co-horts may hold.

What a well written overview of yours (and many others) perception of Bush. As you said, the man need not be “hated” but he has certainly used his position of power to lead with a personal agenda not to mentioned altering the agenda along the way to satisfy his financial, power-hungry objectives.

It is sad and grossly unfair, Sunny...conditions for/of working people
