I'm so glad that you had that special Judi in your life.  She is still there as long as you remember her.

Your courage is inspiring. I might have said this once, but it is true.

Your friend went to God on her terms and a new life came to be. I am sorry for your loss, but I agree -- yes, you are blessed!!!!

Trisha

Sorry to hear about your friend Judi. Perhaps you should dig out some old photographs today and just place them somewhere where you can look at them and remember all the wonder moments you had with her. And yes… isn’t it remarkable that you also received a birth announcement. Life (and death) works in mysterious ways.

Balance
there is a balance that life requires.. a law of nature.. the terrible loss of your friend coupled with the new birth.. your ability to be strong with a friend who is staggering under concerns over health.. the cycles are endless and overlapping.. like the sun shining during the rain.. Peace and blessings

death meets birth, how interesting.
Yet, I don't think anything in life ever cancels the opposite of itself out (i.e. birth/death). Everything, no matter how small or big, has a place under the sun.
