, it wasn't actually true; although, it does happen often. My sister lost one of hers when he was 19, and Mother lost one when he was 17 and another when she was only 16 months.
Thanks for reading and commenting. I do enjoy writing lonely and sad poems. I think that most of mine are sad and lonely.

That's sad ...
Though for some reason it reminds me of medieval times. Not sure why.
At any rate, it must be awfully rough to lose a child.
I bet it was pretty hard to get a date if you had the Black Death.
