I think peace, as you’ve implied, has to be a state of mind – something we believe in right down to our toes. We have to take a step back from our ego and let life flow with grace and ease. Gandhi believed that non violence was a “religion” not just for the saints but for the common person as well. Great post and good luck with your transformation or shift in thinking.
