Who you calling old woman, Gramps?! LOL..

Why, I'll have you know the child is believed to be my son, not grandson every time we venture out..considering his public behavior, not always a good thing, haha..

Thank you for the wonderful thoughts, Dearest One..

A big music day today of myriad range..one piece in particular; hard to define - a touch of something akin to classical, with blues like undertones, perhaps a hint of jazz and intertwined by a soft rock beat. No lyrics yet, but it carried me away into other worlds where so much more seems possible, a yearning, poignancy/joy of memories - an effect probably amplified by my enhanced sensitivity to every emotional hue lately. Of course, I had to attempt to describe the experience..:)) Appeared to calm/settle Dakota also - he actually was silent, not a word while it was playing. For him, that is amazing, lol.

Thank you again.

Being a musician, perhaps I am biased...
but I do think that you are on the mark here, Number One...how such sounds do soothe the most raving turnabout of good calm...whether Brahms or Leadbelly, the notes find their way to such irreparable ache(s) long before any pliable physical balm...
truly wonderful thought expressed in a most magical way, Dear Lady Raye.
