God is light, in him there is no darkness
We are light too, but in us there is darkness...we fail to accept that there could be.

Christ was light too, but he understood the process of purification, leading to holiness (wholeness of light)

Light is a substance, a 'stuff', which is what our spirits are fashioned from.

It is a spiritual substance and should not be confused with the light from a bulb.

Darkness also, is a spiritual substance. The layering of darkenss around the soul
results in a state of unholiness, or corruption. Progressive corruption causes a darkening, leading to disease and death.

God's will for each man is that they learn how to become, or make themselves holy again, while still in the body.

The bulk of this knowledge and teaching has been lost or obfuscated, but man will have to relearn it the hard way...through suffering, becausue we refuse to believe the truth about  our destiny as souls and are oblivious to the war being waged by our real enemies.

In Old testament times there had only been prophets, seers and teachers, but Christ was the first Apostle. This design was intended to be the first prototype in a brotherhood, intended for the purpose of destroying the disease inflicted by evil spirits within people.

It is this darkness around men's souls that causes our separation from God and disease. Unrighteous living causes our spiritual enemies to wage war on our souls, which is why we are told to never give the Devil a foothold.

This is a superp superb work my friend, one that has gladdened my heart. All life on Earth derive energy from the Sun. Look at the Sun for his benevolence and meditate for peaceful coexistence with nature and all things natural. Nature is man’s teacher and friend (sakha). Nature broadens our minds and purifies our hearts with her offerings, also giving us light and warmth.

"touch the spark and listen to the small voice within" - I like that.  I suppose that's because that's how I experience God - from within.  Wonderful post.
