we pay for the vet bills out of our own pocket. Which is why we never go on vacation....
AND generous donations. It can be very expensive, but with rescue, we are usually given a discount.
Yes, Steffen is Ari's brother. Oops.

I'm thinking it"s a good thing that I live the other side of the world or despite our decision not to have more pets, one of these angels would be mine. Who pays for all these vet fees? Here it's soooooooo expensive to see the vet these days. Twenty years ago when Frangipani was a kitten it was very cheap but before she died it was running into hundreds even thousands of dollars for surgery and hospital stays .......not to mention blood tests or pussycat scans.

That is a good looking kitten. Good for you for all that you do for them. I guess that my heart just isn't that big especially when it comes to cats and kittens do grow into cats.
