The convoluted tree
This last one in this series is a gem!! That convoluted tree, looks like it's doing yoga way out i the wide open. Love it!

Seriously though, these are so icredible!! Did you get to sleep any place in the canyon? If I were still able to sleep on the ground (my parents used to take us camping when I was a kid) I'd pitch a tent and sleep there every night.
Mind you, you wouldn't want to be in the tent next to mine should some great snake or hairy, enormous spider come crawling along...I can scream loud enough to wake the dead!!!!
That's probably the exact same reason I can sing soprano so well!!...
I think my favourite photo from this selection is the very last one...of the tree...It looks so peaceful, yet haunted.
BTW...If you're interested, I wrote a post about trees the other day. I think you might enjoy it.
