- Go to Love Doesn't Hurt Us (Mortal Scent)
Yes, living mortally is often painful; no disagreement there...
Loving is not the cause. I believe it is the due extracted from being on this plane, from learning the art of sharing with other souls. If we absorb what we are taught, then Love is elevated, perfected into healing our wounds. I know this probably sounds like so much flowery gobbledy-gook to many people, but I've carried away a furthering of wisdom from every twist of relationship I've experienced. And still been able to open to the gift of Love; I'm not saying this in a superior, know it all manner. Took me a long time to realize, to heal, to not blame that four lettered direction. And I wounded myself deeper until I did become aware.

Re: LustorLove..
life is love and with life there is pain, with any kind of love there is the pain behind it

Don't take me wrong but with love in any form for a child, a parent, a lover, a mate there is always pain. My pleasure

LustorLove..
I believe Love, in any form, is a gift from the purity of God. Human hearts and flesh too often misunderstand, attempt to reshape and taint the intent of the emotion, which is acceptance, forgiveness, unconditionality. Like spraying perfume on a bouquet of wild flowers, we scent to please overreaching senses, instead of simply enjoying phenomenon of the fragrance. Ego, pride, jealousy, greed - mortal rents of Love. I try to remember this, but I have been guilty of creating dust.

Thank you for reading, commenting!

RaeS - BRAVA!
No, love does not hurt us. We hurt ourselves. So many don't understand this concept. I'm so proud to know you and that you truly understand this! I'm sorry I missed this when you posted it....... I've been busy with CorbinDallas, take a peek in my blog and I think you'll smile. I'm pretty sure you will..........

Beautiful Love does not hurt indeed. Sometimes the loved hurts. Just snuggle in Papa God's lap and go to sleep and let Him soothe your furrowed brow. Good night dear lady.

It's a pretty poem.
And, personally, I agree. Lust is the far more dangerous emotion.
Why do you build me up (build me up), Buttercup, baby
Just to let me down (let me down) and mess me around
And then worst of all (worst of all) you never call, baby
When you say you will (say you will) but I love you still
