This one had me laughing...   I didn't pick the Beatles allusion either till I went back to read again, and I'm still not all that sure.. "across the univers(ity)? You know you're going to have to tell us...

Whinge - Here's one for him then - what colour socks was McCartney wearing
onthe cover of Abbey Road? I bet you he knows the answer!

Shite, Tony, I'm in trouble here, missed the Beatles thing too.
Now I've lost credibility on top of it. I'm sorry, not the greatest on The Beatles, that'd be himself, who probably knows what colour socks Paul McCartney is wearing today.

Hi Whinge - ah, I hope she likes it - but she won't get the Beatles joke.
Mind you, she doesn't need to get it does she? - it's still nonsense and that's gotta be a good thing in my book!

Thanks very much, Chris - there was abit buried under the nonsense!

Hi Mary - well, I was pretty busy at work - but it's never too bad there.
Three meetings this week - normally there are none in a week! What have you got for tea, then?

Oh, still not enough?  Oh my.  Actually, I'm sleepy today as I didn't sleep well last night.  Dont know why.  Just didn't.  I've accomplished a lot of writing though and that's always good.  Love those peas!  Were they good?  I'm hungry, almost time for tea here.  How was your day?

Hi Mary - the usual amount of sleep - not quite enough!
But at least I had my usual peas tonight. Well, not just peas. Pea soup, and then peas. How are you today?

Excellent! I love (and, at least tell myself) that I share your vivid imagination - and if it wasn't your imagination, be careful - they can seem nice, at first - "Independence Day" - "Mars Attacks", etc...!
