You probably don't need to consider moving to this area (NYC) then.
Because I'm pretty sure the prices are a lot higher. (Of course, I'd have to ask my uncle to be sure.)
Whether they live in an igloo or a grass shack or a mud hut,
people around the world all want the same thing:
a better house.
