This is a very good book. It isn't condemned, it's expository. Kohut
doesn't judge, he just relays the numbers. There is a forward by Madeleine Albright, who, interestingly enough, worked with Kohut in the past.

This is a subject that I find very interesting. My opinions on the subject have changed as the years have passed and I have grown older and have experienced international travel and have made friends with people who have come to our country to live, work, study or just travel.
