Un petit bonjour en passant!
hey, I like this, a lovely rhythm to this, and the wit, I do hope you find Sophia Loren or other- "wise" felons, I have trouble with wisdom and Sophia, if she is a woman, she ought not to be blonde... What is the ultimate vision of wisdom I ask you...a few gems in the cowpats I say. Well done ol' boy. Hope you  and yours are well, thinking of you and wondering how you are doing. I guess I could email you...

cows and bullshit..hmmm, stepped in a few of those over the years
(not the cows, the cowpies...)...usually just wiped my feet off on the guy ahead of me....anyhow, life goes on and we never know what we might step into next...

GREAT!
Who, with any taste, can resist, laughing beards and cows and bullshit and the dark-winged cuckoo and golden curls...not me.

Thanks all - bit busy so thanks to you all for your kind comments.
Just to clarify - it's about Sonnet 250 being a quarter of the way to 1,000! So it IS a celebration of that! (I shouldn't give it away - but then again it wasn't meant to be a secret!) Hope you're enjoying yourselves - I'm going to have a glass of wine and play guitar for a while...

I don't know why I'm thinking this exactly........but is someone celebrating a birthday?  This was very lovely.  Steps through the times of life and happenings.  Well done.

This is very lovely Tony--and--I heard my first Cuckoo this year-
last week when I was down by the river! Beautifull! So peacefull there-I can hear clearly-every sound of Nature but here-where we live-I hear trains/planes/motorway speeding and lorries/buses and cars! So when it's 'still'-in the evening-and if the wind is blowing in the right direction-THEN I can hear Nature 'chattering'.(I live within 3ft.of train lines-and parrallel with M11! Not much in the way of PEACE! (Sorry-I've digressed)Chris.
