Munih--so glad u swerve for these poorly educated/trained pedestrians
---As is often the case, our compassion or respect for life, is realluy about us, about who we are or what our race will become, not really about these insects, bugs and so-called "lowlife". shalomfromneil

Tony--about evolution...EXACTLY. Why do caterpillars march across highways?
Tp rob us of more butterflies. Why won't they learn fast enough sounds like truck engines and cars mean danger...even sheep and calves know that! I appreciate U thinking ahead and elaborately to assist these poor critters ---used to be called dumb creatures -- with tunnels and crosswalks for their use (or total dis-use). shalom all--Chris, Madem, Afzal, Proc...Blogiteers Especial del Mundo. peaceandblessingsGodcare

Neil - ah, poor roadkill! Great pic to go with it - I mean the last one!
I wonder if we built bridges and tunnels just for these critters, would they have the sense to use 'em? Maybe eventually, after a few generations of evolution.

Nei-Hi.It's dreadfull to see all the 'roadkill'!I feel that someone should

go and collect and bury-all the sad bodies lying around! Cars continue to 'run over' whatever is in their way-dead or alive--it's horrendous!

(Thank you so much-for encouraging me out of my darkness)love and shalomfromchris.

Nice and well expressed although it touches a sad topic.

I remember when I was little, my father used to take me out to the country,

to go look at all the roadkill.

And we would try to see how many animals we could identify.

Basically, there are three ways the skunk and I are a lot alike.
The first is we both like to spread our "stink" around.
The second is we both get hit by cars a lot.
The third is stripes.
