sorry, couldn't get back to you earlier with advice, but a guy was telling me the other day there's a device on the market that emits a sound audible only to mice, and it's one they hate! I guess it says 'Here comes the cat' or 'I like mouse stew' or something like that, and they apparently leave the house pronto! Home Depot might have that, or the old stand-by, Canadian Tire! You're welcome!
