I don't know how I missed this.....
I do believe by faith we receive.  Our beliefs are a little different Julia. I believe the journey to faith begins from within, not through a passage of the mind but rather a passage of the spirit.  Again, I'm not here to bestow my beliefs but to respond from personal enlightenment.  I don't believe everything we 'wish' for should be received upon our wish because we may not be ready to receive whatever it may be.  I believe becoming deserving of our desires is essential in order to receive them, through the passage of the spirit as opposed to a passage of the mind.  Just my two cents worth.

rae,
yes it can be scary and it can also be hard to believe that we really do deserve the BIG things, so we think small.

thanks afzal--
it does make a difference because the field of thought is a lot less crowded with "big" requests than little things.

ariala--
I think we all do that. We all think we need to figure out the "how" rather than just asking and believing the form will be taken care of. I wish I knew hot NOT to do that, it would make manifesting much easier!

Hey, Welcome Back Julia!

hmmm, makes sense, I think..buttons and peering through buttonholes, field of vision quite limited. Very intriguing, but for myself, thinking big is scary for some reason.

Great post!

My problem is that I often focus on HOW to make it happen and you're
not supposed to do that...It's as if I play Universe instead of accepting the fact that it will work itself out.  My job is just allowing it!
