Yes, this is the right choice. I have journeyed through out my adult years and I too find that those men who do not know how to love just one woman always call you back. Its funny how they do not learn, but I look at it like its their journey.. and does not have to be yours. Once we walk away and not allow them back to hurt us once more we move on and do it with forgiveness, letting go in love... knowing that you will bring into your life that special someone to love you in a complete way, once you are ready for this kind of love.

Good for you to smack yourself back into reality! My ex played mind games for the entire marriage. Now he wants to play mind games after I have filed for divorce. I filed 14 months ago and he is still dragging it out. Won't agree to a property settlement. After years of abuse he tells me he still loves me. Still ??? he never treated me like he loved me! Wishing you the best with your new spouse.

Interesting post. I left my husband and knew it would devastate him and it did. So, I chose to work with him for nine months and he still hurts, but he's coping now. Poor man lost his job and was very depressed. Different circumstances, I guess. Welcome to Blogit!
